We strive for excellence in every aspect of the estate sale process. While organizing, pricing and carrying out the sale, we apply a meticulous eye for detail at every step of the way.

The Sales by Maureen process. Here's what we do:

Sorting and setting: We provide tables, tablecloths, bins and display pieces to craft a lovely presentation.
Pricing: By researching individual pieces and consulting certified appraisers, we ensure that prices on artwork, antiques, jewelry, coins and other valuables are fair and accurate.
Advertising: Our ads are placed on EstateSales.net, Craigslist, and in the Kansas City Star in order to reach as many potential customers as possible. We also ensure that signs are prominently positioned on each day of the sale.
Conducting the sale: We do the work so that you don't have to! Our team is friendly, approachable and professional from the moment the door opens to the time the last customer leaves at the end of the day.
Final touches: Whether you decides to donate, liquidate or keep the remaining items from your sale, we ensure that the house is emptied, swept and the job is completed to your satisfaction.

Absolutely! We are both licensed and insured.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash or credit card.
I see something I really like in your ad, can I buy it ahead of time? And can you ship it to me?
Sorry but no. If an item is in our ad, we want to make sure it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to our customers at the sale.

Kansas City natives Maureen and Steve have over 15 years of combined experience conducting high quality estate sales in the metro area. When not wading through attics of antique furniture and vintage jewelry, Maureen and Steve enjoy spending time with their four children, five grandchildren and sweet yet terrible dog, Ivan.
